Open House Realty was established on August 4, 1999 in Greenville, South Carolina, by Michael E. Moore. 

The main principles in the development of the Company were derived from his many years as a real estate professional and seeing a need in the real estate industry for consumers and Realtors® to have "Choices in Real Estate Services™".

Over the years the Company has experimented with various real estate models and determined that no single model is better than another and no one model fits everyone's needs.

We have learned that both the real estate consumer and Realtor® want:
